Construction
To have a positive and lasting impact, the construction of various housing facilities makes life easier for people in need.
Since its founding, L’ASAS has built schools, sanitation facilities, and homes—either independently or in partnership with other associations.
As always, the association responds to people in need, such as Siwone, a 28-year-old man from the village of Houy Houn (where L’ASAS has previously intervened) who suffers from polio. His situation was dire: his family’s small bamboo hut was regularly flooded at the slightest rainfall, and Siwone had no choice but to move around by dragging himself through the mud.
After many discussions between L’ASAS, Siwone, his family, and supportive villagers, the following project was implemented:
Construction of a home adapted to his disability for Siwone and his family.
Construction of a small wooden structure, also adapted to his needs, where Siwone can sell handmade fabrics, scarves, and traditional clothing.
Construction of a 20 m² chicken coop (on land provided free by the village), along with the purchase of 10 chickens and 10 ducks.
You can support our efforts by making a donation to the association.
All of this is made possible thanks to you!
